Who we are

This site is run by Monique Grové, trading as Grové Collective, a sole proprietor offering Meta ads management for ecommerce stores. We are the responsible party for the personal information described here.

What we collect

Only what you type into the "Find your fit" form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), your store link, and your answers about your store, sales range and goals. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, decide whether we are a fit, and arrange a discovery call. We do not sell your information or use it for anything unrelated.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form service that processes them on our behalf. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, which receives your name, email address and the answers you give when you book. The site is hosted by a third-party web host, which may log basic technical details such as your IP address when you visit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, your details are kept for as long as the working relationship and our record-keeping duties require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it, at any time. To do so, email info.grovecollective@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
